- To the best of the knowledge of Somerfield-Smith the prices and sizes of products as stated on this website and any price list or other product information source available from this website are correct at the date of writing. While every effort is made to maintain the prices and sizes as specified, we reserve the right to vary these without notice.
- All goods must be paid for either by credit / debit card / paypal at the time of ordering, cash or cheque to the delivery driver. All goods remain the property of Somerfield-Smith until paid for in full.
- Somerfield-Smith does not accept responsibility if your order is stolen. We will make every effort to act on your requests for where to leave the delivery.
- All orders must either contain a pre-selected fruit/vegetable box OR have a minimum order value of £12.50 (before any discounts are applied)
- All orders are delivered free of charge.
- Orders are delivered on the day specific to your area. Exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed although we aim to deliver between 8am and 6pm on the specific day.
- Claims for damaged / poor quality / wrongly delivered goods must be notified to Somerfield-Smith within twenty four hours of delivery otherwise they may not be considered.
- Cheques for payment that are not honoured on presentation will incur a charge of £10.00 per representation.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of Base plus five percent.
